       Documentation of safety training and compliance is the responsibility of unit
       level supervisors and their respective chain of command.

  • Laboratory Specific Safety Manuals
    • Identify or highlight safety steps included within existing lab operating procedures and provide reference to these highlighted steps.
    • Identify location of printed copy in lab or common area of access
  • Safety Procedures
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
    • Paper copies of critical and dangerous hazardous materials in the lab
    • Identify location of MSDS's filed in common areas
    • Identify location where digital MSDS's copies are filed
  • Other (As appropriate to the specific lab)
    • Additional Safety related documents and references used in the lab
    • Provide copies or identify locations of documents and references
    • Other Safety training, reviews, outlines, references, records, logs, etc.
